Dingwall Fencing club will hold its AGM on Thursday 3 October at 7:30 pm in Dingwall Town Hall.
This meeting is open to anyone with an interest in the club although only paid up members of the club can move business or vote.
As part of the AGM we will be electing the club executive for the coming year. The three elected roles are Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. We are now seeking nominations for these posts. Nominees must be 18 or over and members of the club. In order to be considered they must be nominated by two other in members. Any nominations should be with the current secretary (Cindy) at least two weeks before the meeting, as should a note of any other business you wish to raise.
We also hope to have a review of the year gone by and talk about some of the plans for the club in the year ahead.
