Dingwall Fencing Club AGM will take place on 6 October in the break out area outside the small gym at Dingwall Academy, 19:15.
Among other business we will be electing the committee for this year. Nominations for the posts of Chair, Secretary and Treasurer should be submitted in writing to the current secretary, Shivonne MacLean, at least two weeks before the meeting. Nominations need to have a proposer and seconder, both of whom must be paid up members of the club for season 2016/17. Nominees must also be full members of the club, over the age of 18 and should be members of British Fencing.

The AGM is open to all interested parties, but only members can vote or raise business.
